Units Returned for Refund (September 2018)
As a reminder, units that are sold and subsequently returned to your store and for which the customer gets a refund also require refunding the recycling fee as per MRC’s Fee Policy. Those “returned” units must be reported each month to generate the credit for the recycling fee you are refunding to the customer. Please contact us if you have any questions.
